  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, I ship worldwide! No matter where you are, you are able to purchase my artwork and have it come straight to you via Tracked Shipping.

  • Why is dispatch up to 2 weeks?

    Dispatch can be up to 2 weeks on handmade items because as a One Woman Business, I want to allow enough breathing room to design, create, assemble, package and ship your orders to you with tranquility and maximum quality. I will always try to have them shipped much earlier than this, but this just allows me some breathing room.

  • Do you offer Tracked Shipping?

    Yes! No matter how big or small your order is, I will always send it Tracked. This gives us both peace of mind that we can see where your order is at all times until it reaches you safely.

  • Taxes?

    Please be aware of your personal countries rules and regulations on taxes. Ie, Import Taxes. I am based in the UK and your government may require additional payment upon delivery if you order from abroad. Please research before hand to avoid any unexpected costs.

  • Can these be turned into Magnets?

    Yes! Any pendant can be turned into a Magnet, Wall Art, Pin/Brooch or a Keychain. Just drop me an email after purchase with your Order Number & let me know!

  • My piece has imperfections?

    Please allow for minor imperfections such as finger prints, small marks, the backs of the frames not being 100% smooth, and asymmetry.

    All jewellery is handmade and not factory produced for perfection. These little imperfections are part of what makes limited edition hand crafted jewellery so special, personal and unique. No two pieces are the same.

  • Do you do gift wrapping?

    All of your orders come beautifully wrapped in a format that is perfect for a gift. Jewellery comes on branded card backing as default, and you can purchase small and large branded jewellery boxes in my shop if you want to elevate your gift! I don’t currently offer gift notes inside the package.

  • Do you do cancellations, refunds or exchanges?

    Please contact me if you wish to cancel your order explaining the reason why and I will get back to you.

    Refunds offered upon condition, please contact me with the reason and I will get back to you.

    I do not currently offer exchanges.

  • Do you do custom orders/commissions?

    Yes I do, subject to request & my availability. Why not send me an email with what you have in mind and I will get back to you!
